These terms explain how orders, payment, collection and returns work when you buy from Elim Health. They do not limit any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

The seller is The Trustee for Tang Investments Trust, trading as Elim Hair & Skin Clinic, ABN 50 302 665 227. Elim Health is an independent USANA Brand Partner; USANA Health Sciences is not the seller of record for orders placed here.

Orders and pricing
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. An order is accepted when we send confirmation. If stock is unavailable or a price is clearly incorrect, we will contact you and offer a refund or an agreed alternative.
Products are sold to the end user and may not be resold.
Payment and collection
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders are supplied by collection from our Box Hill counter only; we do not post orders. Collection orders are held for 14 days after the ready-for-collection email unless another arrangement is agreed.
Risk in the goods passes on collection. Ownership passes when payment has been received in full.
Returns and consumer guarantees
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and first-order cancellation right are additional to the consumer guarantees that automatically apply under Australian Consumer Law. Those statutory rights cannot be excluded.
