Why collection only
Because it is the honest version of what we can actually do well. Posting supplements means packaging, courier accounts and a delivery promise we would have to keep on someone else's timetable, and the cost of all of it ends up in the product price or in a delivery charge.
Collecting keeps the price at recommended retail with nothing added, and it means you can ask a question at the counter. You will get an email the moment your order is ready — there is nothing to pay for collection, and no delivery to wait for.
Returns
Thirty days, any reason. USANA backs every product with an unconditional satisfaction guarantee, and we honour it. If you are not happy with something, return the unused portion within 30 days of buying it and choose an exchange or a full refund of what you paid. You do not have to justify the decision.
Three business days on a first order. Separately, if this was your first purchase from us you may cancel it within three business days and be refunded in full. This right is set out again on your receipt.
Bring returns to the collection point. If an item was wrong or damaged, tell us first and getting it back to us is on us. Opened supplements, cosmetics and food cannot go back on the shelf for resale, which is a safety rule rather than a technicality; it does not affect your refund. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
